Today Peerless knocked out Rainbow by 1-0. This result decided the fate for the two teams, Peerless are moved to the top of the league table and Rainbow Fc relegated from the CFL.
Peerless came with the determination to the match and the result shown in their game. they started their game on a high attacking note. On the 3rd minute of the game Avinobo's pass created a chance for Peerless but Kromah missed the chance.
In front of the high attacking of Peerless, Rainbow Fc's feeble defence was been routed. On the 12th minute of the game, Dipendu calmly guided the ball into the net which became the decider for the match.
Instead of going to full defence Peerless choose to take more leads and their two goalbound shot on the 16th and 60th minute was been denied by the post.

We are ready for the final push- Dipendu Biswas

Mohammedan are on their dream form in the Calcutta Football League (CFL), after beating Peerless on Monday, now they are on the top of the league table. Mohammedan will lock horns against East Bengal on Friday at the last match of their campaign, which will be the final decider for the League.

Mohammedan are the table topper with 19 points, with an advantage of 2 points over Peerless. Mohammedan has the opportunity to win the league after 1981 if only Peerless slips their position against Rainbow Fc and George Telegraph.
Mohammedan TD Dipendu Biswas thinks they are ready for the final push against East Bengal in their final CFL encounter.
" We are ready for the final push.
"This is our last match of the campaign, so there is no room for error. We are confident that we will continue where we left off on Monday," Dipendu Biswas responded.
After a light pre-match training on the Mohammedan SC  ground, they are optimistic about the final game.
"It's good to see the players before such a big match so calm but highly focused. We have prepared with the limited time since our last game on Monday. I always tell the players to focus on the match but not on the league table. I'm not doing any calculation, this is the last game so we have to get three points. We must focus on ourselves and the rest will take care of itself." Dipendu Biswas told the media.
Biswas also thinks they are not afraid of the Kolkata giants East Bengal." East Bengal is a formidable side. They play a very good brand of football and they are quick. It's going to be a nice match because they are also highly technical. I have nothing but respect for them. It's going to be a tight match but we will make sure that we implement our game plan and see how they respond. We are aware of the hype the game and this is big for the fans. I have told players to go out there and express themselves without the fear of  failure."

Bengaluru FC plot move to Ahmedabad or Pune due to stadium dispute

Indian Super League team Bengaluru FC will have to move their squad from the southern city only if they do not play at Sri Contrava Stadium next season.
The venue has been the home ground of the Blues for 25 years. However, protests again took place in 27 because track and field athletes trained there because of the field activities of the JSW Group-owned organization. The Karnataka High Court was soon summoned and they ordered an inquiry into which the Blues were allowed to use the place. The investigation deadline falls in mid-October.
The owners of Bengaluru are optimistic about getting favorable judgment which will help them to stay in Kantiraba. But with the new season fast approaching, any venue registration deadline will see them move out of town.

"We have to look at alternatives and two of them are mentioned in Pune and Ahmedabad," the Bengaluru FC chief executive told the scandal in the recession.
"However, we cannot make a decision until we know what is going on (with Kantirava Stadium). We want to be here and we are optimistic. We are waiting for the official confirmation on the issue, as we cannot do much if we do not hear anything. "
However, Bengaluru FC currently have limited options, considering the club's AFC Cup commitments and the licensing criteria that they must follow. Therefore, the Blues will have to go to Ahmedabad or Pune for the upcoming promotion.
"We have to play in the AFC Cup. So, with this in mind, the only two options are Pune and Ahmedabad, as these two criteria only meet the two stadiums. Orissa was one, but since Delhi is moving there, it is no longer an option, ”said Tamahane.
The Blues are in a tight position with the AFC's September 7 deadline for stadium registration. Changes are also possible in January, but with the ISL season even beginning in October, clubs have very little time to get things rolling.
The concept club will be in a position to make a decision by September 21 for those in Tamanna who are working hard to resolve these issues.

"They(Oman) were a little bit lucky. My guys have everything. We didn't have many options. We knew we will have problems after 70 minutes with Ashique's condition, who came after a long injury. So we will lose shape in the balance. We couldn't take out five and put another five."  Stimac said after the match.
Oman coach Erwin Koeman was very happy after the match he said:" India was very good in the first half I was disappointed with our level with many mistakes. They deserve the win at that moment. Know your opponent Oman

Oman waited for the right to form a football association until the end of 2005, though the country has been officially playing football since 1979, and the squad was formed earlier. However, the Oman Football Association has been a result of their quality and consequently a weather surge. Its image-perfect imagery can be found in the old golf cup tournament that the nation has been playing since 1974.
INDIA VS OMAN

Oman, like India, was never able to qualify for the FIFA World Cup finals, but they were brilliant in front of goals in qualification. So far they have played five goals in the WC WC selection, which India should beware of. However, not all of their Firepower top coaches won the World Cup or the AFC Asian Cup.
The Oman team can be characterized as the perfect blend of youthful experience and experience, and like Co-Man al-Mussalami can achieve a huge luxury back then, and Al-Mukhinai still continues their trade. Both of them have exactly 5 caps and negotiate well with the pre-offensive philosophy. They are further supported by al-Balushi and al-Busaidi, who have played for the national team more than six times.
The midfield would be the biggest strength for Coman and Oman with the names on the paper. Al-Mahizri ij will be India's biggest threat and one of the best defenders in the center of the park, with 199 international caps in his name, and the midfielder scored 20 goals for his country. The likes of Saleh (1 cap) and Al-Khalidi provide the perfect cushion for the traveler. Al-Hajri is relatively inexperienced and a freshman, but has scored eight goals in 25 matches.
