ATK all set to sign former Real Madrid player
ATK boss Antonio Lopez Habas has decided to release Edu Garcia from the team.
Edu Garcia joined ATK in the mid of the season last year on a record-breaking transfer from the Chinese League club Zhejiang Greentown. After his joining, he became one of the most dependable players in the team. ATK management had retained him alongside Manuel Lanzarote and Jhon Jhonson on one year deal. But now they are realising him with 60% contract value and some Bouns.
Then who will be the like to like a replacement of Edu? ATK graffer found the solution he is 30 years old former Real Madrid graduate Javi Hernandez. Javi is an attacking midfielder who was serving Polish first Divison team Cracovia. In the last season, he scored 13 goals out of 60 appearances.
In the year 2008, he became the part of Real Madrid (B) and in 2007 he debuts internationally for Spain U-19.
Obviously, he could be a weapon for ATK but the real question is will he be the like to like a replacement of Edu Garcia?
