AIFF admits Indian football is under Financial crisis
The global governing body of sports ask AIFF for the future road map of Indian football earlier and today AIFF general secretary Kushal Das talks about the crisis of Indian football.
FIFA and AFC jointly ask AIFF to find an easy and long term solution for the chaos occurred in recent days. A week ago six I-League clubs Mohun Bagan, East Bengal, Minerva Punjab, Gokulam Fc, Aizawl Fc and Churchill Brothers jointly went to FIFA to for a unified league.
Today AIFF General Secretory Khusal Das spoke about the recent crisis "There are issues financial and organization. we need money to save Indian Football." said in an interview.
The AIFF stated that some of the recommendations made by FIFA and AFC are not feasible to implement as of now and will need time to work on them. Kushal Das added, "There are many things in the AFC FIFA roadmap which cannot be implemented right now."
Meanwhile, AFC all set to promote ISL as the top tier league of India. AIFF communicated to AFC in a letter they desired to change their national competition where ISL will be country's Top tire.
