Antonio Iriondo believes Goa, Kolkata and Bengaluru are the top three teams in the league
"With all respect for the rest of the teams, Goa, Kolkata and Bengaluru are the three best teams in my opinion. We drew with Bengaluru and we won here. Elco Schattorie thinks BFC only played the game

Sunil Chettri's header again wins the southern derby for Bengaluru FC. Two south Indian sides Bengaluru FC and Kerala Blasters faced each other at Shree Kanteerava Stadium on 23/11/19 which settles with 1-0 in favour of BFC.

The KBFC coach Elco Schattorie met the press in the post-match conference.
Elco Schattorie thinks Only Bengaluru Played football in the entire game
" There was only one team that played football here. I'm not saying that we played fantastic football. First half, we had Bengaluru on the throat. My tactics were spot on, with only three foreigners and two Indian centre backs. They had nothing to say in their own home."
Elco Schattorie on their supporters
" I'm very disappointed for our supporters, who came in big numbers because I think we deserved to win."
Elco Schattorie on the opponents
"Yeah, the set-piece is always an issue. We trained on it. But that's one of the things where you always see the difference. I think Bengaluru had maybe one or two chances, that is it."
Elco Schattorie on Referee's decision
" If I'm correct, we got another goal cancelled. I think it was not an offside, from what I heard from the TV commentator. The linesman on that side made a few very big errors.
" So, I'm very disappointed and I'm extremely proud that under the circumstances that we are that we brought the game to them by the throat."
Elco Schattorie on Sahal
" Why he did not start? because then, I have to adjust the system and its tiring for me every time, talking about Sahal.
" He can't play from the midfield. We have problems. I have injuries. So, you have to pick the best possible team. In this case, we should not talk about Sahal, we should talk about how we put Bengaluru under pressure and played a fantastic game with a very depleted team."

Carles Caudrat thinks they were not at their peak of performance

After trashing Chennaiyin FC by 3-0, the defending champions Bengaluru FC finds their first-ever win in the competition at Sree Kanteerava Stadium on 10/11/2019.

The BFC gaffer Carles Caudrat met the press in the post-match conference and talked about his team's impressive performance.
Carles Caudrat says they were looking for the victory from the very first minute
"You mean that we were not attacking in the last three games?  We have been managing in four games until now, in the pitch, as a team; have been going for a victory from the first minute."

Carles Caudrat thinks they were unlucky that they didn't win any match
" Sometimes you have more fortune in front of goal, sometimes you take your chances better and sometimes you didn't. I'm very happy with the boys and supporters. Today was one of the magical nights for everyone who loves Bengaluru."

Carles Caudrat on Erik  Paartalu's impact
" Paartalu is Paartalu. Of course, he can produce an impact with his attitude and his head. So, he was very good, in his first game. As a coach, I'm very happy for him because he is a hard worker. He didn't play for almost nine months because of injury. So it's great he is with us again."

Carles Caudrat on the game against FC Goa
"No, it was a mistake in the 93rd minute that didn't let us win three points.
"But, if we got these three points in Goa that I think we deserved, then I think all this talking would have been different. I mean it's dynamic. It could be 0-0 maybe, but another day we are going to break it. Like Chennai, they didn't score. But, they had a lot of chances and one day they will score and they will break the dynamic. It happens all over the world in every league."

Carles Caudrat thinks they were not at their peak of perfectness
" No, I don't think it was a perfect game, for sure. It was the first game where we played three attackers from India. So, we are working and we want to improve, no question about that. What happens in football is that when you start winning, you get a lot of space because they have to got to attack you. Because Chennai were attacking us, we got the opportunity to score the second goal."

Robert Jarni thinks they dropped two points

After a wonderful game against FC Goa which was certainly a "heart-in-mouth" moments for the NorthEast fans, Robert Jarni met the press. FC Goa Bagged one point from the game, But Robert thinks lack of concentration spoils the taste.

Robert thinks they dropped two points
" They started well in the first half. They created chances and took the lead. But, we came out better in the second half and we had the lead. But, in the end, it was to be a draw. Both teams played well, but I think the way we played it is two points dropped." Jarni told in the press meet.

Jarni on his players
" The players showed character and put in a good effort. So, congratulation to them as well."

Robert Jarni on dressing room talk during the half time
" After the first half, I told them to play with confidence and believe in themselves. They did the same in the second half."

Robert On concentration laps
" I think it was possibly down to the lack of concentration from the players, which is normal. But, we have to control such situations to avoid problems like today."
