Still, the Jobby drama continues. Where we will see him in the Red yellow jersey or in the red and white jersey?
Today IFA Players status committee reviews on Jobby's possibility in East Bengal, and they decided as per their logic Jobby must play for East Bengal.

Chief secretary of IFA Mr Utpal Ganguly says: "It's not only about the token, but Jobby also sends a letter to East Bengal officials for two years contract extension. And in that letter there was a signature of Jobby Justine, when we ask him is that his or not? he denied. but our handwriting experts proved that it was Jobby's signature, so In my opinion, Jobby Must play for East Bengal."
again he added|: "we are sending all the documents and finding to AIFF, now they will decide what to do."
Now the possibility of Jobby for playing in East Bengal. -
According to the logic of IFA secretary, Utpal Ganguly first thing is
token, but according to the AIFF rule, there is no validity of I-league token in ISL.
The second thing is
Jobby's wishing letter. He may send a letter to East Bengal officials that he wants extension but most importantly he didn't sign for East Bengal and according to the transfer market his contract with East Bengal was up to 31st May 2019. So he was free and he signed for ATk there was no issue.
Jobby's Possibility in East Bengal is rarely
nill.
But East Bengal can charge a transfer fee from ATK. ATK officially signs him in the first week of April and according to the rules of FIFA, A team must pay transfer fees if that player is in a valid contract.
If ATK agrees to pay the transfer amount to East Bengal then there will be no possibility of Jobby playing for the side of East Bengal. Meanwhile, IFA players status committee send one report to the AIFF now everything will be decided by AIFF and we have to wait for a few days.
